By definition, “a rock is a natural substance composed of solid crystals of different minerals that have been fused together into a solid lump. The minerals may or may not have been formed at the same time. What matters is that natural processes glued them all together.

Our corporate culture is the rock of our foundation, and as defined above, a rock is a compilation of fused minerals. We will continue to concentrate on the following key areas – the minerals – of our business: Onboarding and Agent Recruitment, Continual Learning, Coaching and Mentorship, Full Service Underwriting and Retention.
