Formal Coaching & Mentorship
To support our Agents in their growth and development, Rock Capital offers regular coaching and mentorship with our support staff. We believe accountability and a supportive foundation will help our Agents build successful careers with Rock Capital.
Full Service Underwriting
Our Agents have access to the resources required in order to get client files complete. This includes new Agents who are looking to be guided through their first applications, or experienced Agents who don’t have a lot of extra time. Rock Capital provides full in-house Underwriting services to help get files from applications to funded as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Business Development Planning
With all Agents, we place a strong emphasis on understanding our Agent’s business goals. We strongly believe this is a fundamental basis of success, and we will provide the necessary means to help create and follow a strong business plan.
Continual Learning
Through a series of in-person and virtual training sessions, brainstorming groups, sales conferences, Key Partner seminars, and more Rock Capital creates an environment that allows for a constant means of improving your own personal level of knowledge within the industry. We strive to make sure our Agents always have access to the information required to be successful.
