Attendees will receive important regulatory updates from the Ministry of Finance and FSRA. 

Gina Stephens, Senior Policy Advisor from the Ontario Ministry of Finance will discuss the licensing classes consultation. She will provide a high-level update on the opening of the consultation, and remind stakeholders that now is the time to share feedback on the proposed guidance.

Nadiatou Fagbemi, Senior Manager at FSRA will explain some key elements of mortgage professional codes of conduct, including the NQSMI oversight transition and conduct concerns and trends, as well as the principles of the MBRCC Code of Conduct.

Wendy Horrobin, Head of Licensing and Risk Assessment at FSRAwill delve into the importance of licensing and complaints.
