Jennifer

Jenn Rodgers started with Rock Capital in late 2018 and has held a variety of roles within the organization from Administration to Underwriting and now with Agent Support and Development.  Prior to working for Rock Capital, Jenn worked for one of the Big Banks for 6 years where she began her career in the industry, and eventually made the decision to move to the Broker channel where she could focus exclusively on mortgage services. 

Alongside Laura, Jenn helps with training and coaching of Rock Capital's newer Agents.  She assists in the coordination and planning of corporate events such as our Two-Day Sales Conferences, monthly Meeting of the Minds amongst others as well as the planning of Rock Capital Social events including but not limited to our Rock Capital Christmas party. Jenn is committed to helping that Rock Capital Agents understand the best options for their Clients, and get files approved and funded as efficiently as possible, while learning through the process.
